"Hello I don't usually do reviews but the agent Hannah went beyond my expectations. My reason for calling was to cancel my policy and I wanted to check my end date for coverage. In a very calm voice she asked do you mind sharing why you've made this decision? I told her why and she looked at the different options I have and still keep great coverage. Between the questions that I had and with her taking the time to research my policy and give me solid answers I think that we were on the phone for atleast 40 minutes. The entire time she was very professional and knowledgeable. I wish that more people who works with the public had her demeanor. I went from calling to cancel to setting up a time tomorrow to look into house insurance. She should be a trainer for new people. Bravo Hannah on your 💯 listening and caring"
